These Terms govern your use of Engagio. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not create accounts via automated means or impersonate any third party.

Orders & refunds

Pending and in-progress orders may be cancelled and any unstarted portion is refunded automatically. Completed orders are non-refundable except where eligible for refill.

Acceptable use

Do not use Engagiofor content that violates the destination platform's terms, promotes hate speech, or constitutes child exploitation, fraud or harassment.

Liability

Engagiois provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
